Position Description

Dallas Power Sports is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Service Manager to support the daily operations of our service department. This position works closely with the Service Manager, technicians, and customers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing daily service department operations and workflow.

Coordinate repair orders, service appointments, and technician assignments.

Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, estimates, timelines, and service updates.

Monitor repair progress and help ensure work is completed on schedule and to company standards.

Assist technicians with parts, service information, and other resources needed to complete repairs.

Help inspect completed work and ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.

Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and department documentation.

Assist with parts ordering, inventory coordination, and warranty-related processes.

Support the Service Manager with team coordination, training, and performance expectations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service department.

Provide hands-on support to the team when needed and help resolve day-to-day service issues.

Promote a positive customer experience and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience in powersports, automotive, motorcycle, ATV, or a related service environment preferred.

Previous supervisory or service-management experience is a plus.

Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, or similar equipment preferred.

Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Pay: $68,975.00 to $75,750.00 per YEAR
